Director General (Fisheries), Punjab, Lahore invites e-bids from manufacturers, authorized dealers, agents and suppliers for the procurement of items and works as per approved specifications. Bidders must be registered filers with Sales Tax, Income Tax Department and Provincial Sales Tax and submit bids online via the E-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

Key submission and eligibility details: Tender documents and specifications are available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Department of Fisheries website (www.punjabfisheries.gov.pk) and may be downloaded free of cost. Technical and Financial separate bids must be submitted online on EPADS (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-14. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-10-14 at the office of the Director General (Fisheries), Punjab, 9-A Bahawalpur Road, Chauburji, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Digital Bid Security/E-bid security instrument of 2% of the estimated cost in favour of Director General (Fisheries), Punjab Lahore must be submitted and will be verified on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Procurements shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelopes (Technical and Financial) as per Rule 38(2)(a). Offers must remain valid for 60 days and quoted prices must include all applicable taxes, duties and freight/transportation charges. The department reserves the right to reject any or all tenders before issuance of Advance Acceptance as per Rule 35 of PPR, 2014.
