Issuer: Attock Refinery Limited. An Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Attock House, Morgah, Rawalpindi, with virtual participation available.
Shareholders will consider and transact the following ordinary business:

| 2 | Consider and, if thought fit, approve the final cash dividend of Rs.15.00 per share (150%) as recommended by the Board for the year ended June 30, 2026. This is in addition to the interim cash dividend of Rs.2.50 per share (25%) already paid, making a total cash dividend of Rs.17.50 per share (175%). |
| 3 | Appoint auditors for the year ending on June 30, 2027 and fix their remuneration. |
| 4 | Transact any other ordinary business of the Company with the permission of the Chairman. |
Virtual participation and proxies: Shareholders wishing to attend the AGM electronically must request access at least 48 hours before the meeting (i.e. by 11:00 a.m. on 2026-10-17). Shareholders are requested to provide active mobile numbers and email addresses to enable timely communication. Proxy appointment and related requirements are described in the notice; proxies must comply with the prescribed documentation.
Share transfer book closure: Transfers received for registration will be treated in time if received by the Company by close of business on October 12, 2026; the share transfer books will remain closed from October 13, 2026 to October 19, 2026 (both days inclusive).
