PAA Invitation to Bid: Rehabilitation of Admin Block at Nawabshah Airport — Closing 2026-10-27

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids from eligible constructors for the rehabilitation of the Admin Block at Nawabshah Airport. Electronic submission is required via PPRA's E-PADS v2.0 portal.

Eligibility: Licensed contractors registered with PEC in Category C-6 or above and holding an active NTN are eligible to participate.

Bid documents: The e-bidding document (including specifications and terms) is available for download on PAA Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ (document pages numbered 102–188 referenced).

Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically on PPRA's E-PADS v2.0 portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) in accordance with single-stage one-envelope procurement procedure and applicable PPRA / e-Pak procurement regulations and guidelines. Bid security: The original instrument of bid security must be submitted on the date and time of bid opening; a scanned copy must be attached to the electronic bid. Bid security must be in the prescribed form (pay order/bank draft) and made in favor of PAA DEVELOPMENT. Bids lacking proper bid security or containing false documentation will be rejected.

Other conditions: Conditional tenders will not be accepted. PAA reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules. Fraudulent financial instruments may result in blacklisting and legal action.
