Horticulture Agency Rahim Yar Khan invites Annual Framework Contract quotations for procurement of goods and works for the fiscal year 2026-27 through the Punjab E‑Procurement System (registered contractors/firms and general order suppliers may participate).
Key requirements: bidders must submit bids via Punjab e‑Procurement (epp.punjab.gov.pk). Contractors/firms should hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and be registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Earnest money must be uploaded as a CDR equal to 2% of the estimated cost in favor of the schemes PSID. Documents and bids will be processed by the Deputy Director (Engineering), Horticulture Agency Rahim Yar Khan. Procurement will follow Single Stage‑Single Envelope procedure and applicable PPRA rules and circulars.
