How to obtain and submit documents: Bid documents are available free on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened at a later date/time to be announced. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be paid/submitted digitally via generated PSID or Bank Guarantee options on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Other requirements: Prices must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with bids. The tender notice is also available on PPRA and BOP websites.
