The Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation Works at BOP Branches (Lahore & Sahiwal)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). Tender reference: CPD/2026/T-165-166.

Purpose: Hiring of contractors for renovation work at specified BOP branches under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process. Bids are to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and may be obtained/downloaded free of cost.

- Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System only.

- Bids will be uploaded/ submitted up to 2026-10-20 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-10-20 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date/time to be announced.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted through either a bank guarantee or a digitally generated PSID via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are required with the bids.

- The tender notice is uploaded on PPRA and the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Customers may file complaints via SBP’s Sunwai service (https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk).
