SECP Request for Bids — Enterprise AI Assistant (Design, Development, Deployment & Managed Support)

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites sealed bids for the design, development, deployment, hosting and managed support of an Enterprise AI Assistant for SECP's business domains.

Procurement will follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004 and SECP procurement regulations. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the ePADS v2.0 e-bidding platform and are required to be registered on ePADS v2.0. Bids must include the required bid security in an acceptable form (e.g., pay order, bank guarantee, demand draft, or as otherwise specified in the bidding documents) and comply with instructions, specifications and requirements set out in the bidding documents.

Interested and eligible firms should obtain bidding documents and submit proposals through the ePADS v2.0 portal. Bidders are required to register on ePADS v2.0 and follow the e-bidding and submission procedures; a guidance/registration video is referenced by the SECP. Bidders must ensure timely electronic submission and note that bids will be opened on the ePADS platform per the schedule in the bidding documents.
