Tender: Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery & Other Items — District & Sessions Judge Gujranwala

Issuer: Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujranwala. Procurement through Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS under Single Stage–One Envelope procedure for suppliers/dealers having relevant experience and valid applicable tax registrations.

Bids submission and opening:

Bids must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS on or before 2026-10-17 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-17 at 11:30 AM in the Chamber of the Chairman Procurement Committee, Sessions Court, Gujranwala.

Key eligibility and requirements:

Required registrations: NTN/Income Tax, Sales Tax Registration, Punjab Sales Tax/Professional Tax where applicable. Relevant experience and similar work orders are required. Original bid security (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted to the Accounts Branch, Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujranwala within the prescribed time. The successful bidder must furnish 10% performance guarantee/security of the accepted contract value where required under bidding documents.

Terms:

Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, freight, transportation, delivery and incidental charges unless otherwise specified in the e-PADS schedule. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPRA rules.
