National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Procurement Officer (Quotation) to support procurement of goods and services.

| Qualification | Minimum graduation from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college. Master's degree and/or relevant diploma/certificate preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement of goods & services, preferably in banking. Experience of procurement through tendering processes as per PPR rules preferred. |
| Skills & Knowledge | Good administrative and interpersonal skills; strong MS Office (including Excel) skills; ability to communicate ideas, pay attention to detail, prioritize and accomplish tasks; familiarity with procurement policies, EPADS/e-procurement and Public Procurement Rules. |
| Main Duties | Assist implementation of procurement activities; prepare RFQs; process purchase orders on EPADS; evaluate quotations and bids; ensure compliance with SOPs and procurement rules; vendor liaison; maintain procurement records; perform other assignments as directed. |
