CDA Addendum: E-Bid Invitation for Horticulture Rehabilitation Works in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued an addendum to its e-bid invitation for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation of: Srinagar Highway (Convention Center to N-5), Islamabad Highway (Faisal Masjid–Chowk), Jinnah Avenue (D-Chowk to F-11 Mark) and Murree Road (from Faizabad). Prospective bidders must submit bids online via the E-PADS portal; manual bids will not be accepted.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Office of the Director General (Environment), CDA, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad on Monday, 06-07-2026 at 1100 hours. The notice lists online submission times of 11:30 hrs on 2026-07-10 and 2026-07-14, with electronic technical bids to be opened publicly at 12:00 hrs on the respective submission day. All other terms, bid security and schedules in the original bidding documents remain unchanged.
