National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is hiring Relationship Managers — SME to identify and acquire new SME clients and grow the Bank's SME lending portfolio across multiple cities.

Key duties
  • Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the SME lending portfolio.
  • Promote the Bank's lending products including working capital, trade finance and term loans.
  • Manage and review existing client relationships to enhance portfolio retention and growth.
  • Conduct periodic client visits and provide updates on portfolio performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with investment policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute towards branch targets including revenue, portfolio growth and client satisfaction; meet Key Performance Indicators.
Other knowledge / competenciesGood geographical knowledge of assigned area and surrounding business areas; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint; sales orientation and ability to build business relationships; sound knowledge of prudential regulations related to SME lending.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a mandatory assessment test. Selected candidates are expected to serve for three years and requests for transfer during that period will not be entertained.
