PMDC Management Trainee Programme — 2 Positions (Sales & Marketing, Legal) — Apply by 2026-10-13

Issuer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC). One-year contractual Management Trainee Programme to train young professionals; this is a training contract and does not guarantee regular employment after completion.

Eligibility: Pakistan nationals (local or foreign-qualified) with minimum 16 years of education (bachelor's or master's) from an HEC-recognized institution; maximum age 28 years on date of advertisement; minimum CGPA 3.0; candidates who graduated in 2025–26 may apply with or without post-qualification experience. PMDC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and females are encouraged to apply.

Selection process: Written test and interview. Weighting: 30% academic marks, 40% test assessment, 30% interview evaluation. Selected trainees will receive a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000. No TA/DA for interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
