EPADS Tender — Drinking Water Supply (DWSS) Construction Works in South Waziristan Upper

Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, South Waziristan Upper District invites sealed tenders (MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual / Non MRS-items) under ADP: “Augmentation of Drinking Water Supply Distribution Network in Urban Areas of NMDs” (ADP No. 2501502 (2026-27)). Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS is applicable.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding documents must be uploaded on the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and are also available on KP-PPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk) after NIT publication.

- Bidders must upload a clear scanned copy of bid documents on EPADS at the time of submission. Original bid security in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank in favor of District South Waziristan Upper must be delivered by courier to the Office of the Assistant Director (Local Government & Rural Development), South Waziristan Upper District before bid opening.

- Bidders must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department where applicable; rates may be quoted as percentage above, below, or at par with the Engineer’s Estimate.

- Bid validity: 180 days from the closing date. Contractors must possess relevant PEC codes, KPRA registration, and Active Taxpayer status as required. All terms and conditions will follow KP-PPRA Act, Rules and Regulations.
