Institute of Space Technology (IST) invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors (registered with Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax & Sales Tax and on E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0) for the following procurements under IST/PROC/26-27/03.

Closing date & time for submission of e-bids: 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on 2026-10-15 at 12:30 PM.
Submission & eligibility: Bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, registered with FBR for applicable taxes, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) where applicable, and comply with eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements in the e-Bidding documents. E-bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS by the closing deadline; manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Tender documents, specifications, terms, evaluation criteria and bid security requirements are available for download from EPADS, PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk).
Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable PPRA regulations. Any corrigendum, amendment or clarification will be communicated through EPADS/PPRA and IST’s official website.
