GEPCO Tender Notice TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27 — Boundary Wall & 132kV Tower Works

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders under TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27 for construction and allied works. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be adopted and tenders will be submitted through E-PADs (version 2.0).

Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-19 at 11:00 Hrs. Bid opening: 2026-10-19 at 11:30 Hrs.

Eligibility & PEC registration: Contractors must have valid PEC registration renewed for 2026-27 under the codes shown below and meet financial and experience requirements (average annual turnover and tax returns as per tender BOQ; bank statement showing required funds; proof of relevant experience and work orders).

Bid security (Earnest Money): Original bid security for 120 days in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan @ 2% of BOQ cost must be submitted in original. Successful bidder will submit performance security @ 10% of contract price after issuance of LOI in approved forms.

Tender documents & submission: Tender documents are available on E-PADs (version 2.0), PPRA and GEPCO websites. Bids must be submitted through E-PADs. Contractors must attach active registration certificates, tax documents, company profile, experience certificates and required affidavits as specified in the tender documents.

Other conditions: Tenders should be submitted in figures and words and signed as per tender requirements. GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
