The National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab‑South (Central Zone) invites re-submission of e-Bids from contractors registered with Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Eligible contractors must be in Category C‑5 or above with specialization codes CE‑01 & CE‑10 for routine maintenance works.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bidding documents will be available for free download from the NHA website from 2026-09-30. Electronic submission deadline is 2026-10-13 by 11:30 hours; Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial e-Bids of qualified bidders will be opened in sequence. Any firm declared lowest evaluated bidder in two routine maintenance contracts for FY 2026‑27 will not have further bids opened.
