Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan invites proposals through ePADS v2.0 for hiring two individual legal consultants on a contract basis for a period of twelve (12) months (365 days).

Procurement & submission details: Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope through ePADS v2.0. Total Estimated Cost: PKR 7,000,000. Bid validity: 90 days. Bid security: Prescribed Bid Securing Declaration to be submitted through ePADS v2.0 (no monetary bid security). Evaluation: QCBS – Technical 80% and Financial 20%.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-13 (Tuesday) at 1100 hours at the Ministry of Railways, Islamabad. Deadline for bid submission on ePADS: 2026-10-23 (Friday) at 1000 hours. Date of opening: 2026-10-23 (Friday) at 1030 hours.
Contract period: Twelve (12) months / 365 days. Consultants must submit proposals separately for each position if applying for both. Submission, required documents, TORs and other details are available on ePADS v2.0 and the Ministry of Railways website.
