Issuer: Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control — Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) Headquarters, Rawalpindi. PID No. 3223/26.
Purpose: Sealed bids are invited from capable general sales tax (GST) holders and registered firms/organizations/companies/contractors for drilling, installation and associated civil/electrical work at ANF Headquarters Rawalpindi.

| 600' depth water bore with 12" borehole, 8" casing and 2.5" rising water column; supply and installation of 15 HP submersible motor with all accessories; electrical and water supply from bore to underground water tank; including supply, installation, testing, commissioning and construction of electric room; complete in all respects. | Single Stage & One Envelope procedure. Proposals must be submitted on ePADS (V-2.0). Bids to be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, transportation, labour, equipment, testing, overheads and profit. Agreement/contract will be signed on stamp paper. Completion period: two months from issuance of work order. All work must comply with detailed terms & conditions in tender documents. |
Eligibility & preconditions: Registered GST holders and firms; bidders must be registered with PEC and possess relevant categories (CE-04, CE-09 & CE-10 where applicable). Firms must be on the Active Tax Payers List (FBR). All bidders to provide bid security.
Bid Bond: A bid bond equal to Rs. 67,075/- (in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR) in favour of Anti-Narcotics Force HQ Rawalpindi (refundable) should be uploaded (scanned) on ePADS and the original submitted as security deposit before closing of due date/time.
Submission & tender documents: Proposals to be submitted on ePADS (V-2.0) latest by 1000 hours on October 29, 2026. Tender documents, BOQs and payment schedule are available from P&D Branch ANF HQ or can be downloaded from PPRA & ANF websites.
