District Council Jhelum Tender Notice for Multiple Development Works — Oct 2026

District Council Jhelum invites sealed bids through Punjab e-Procurement (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) for the following public works under a "Single Stage Single Envelope" procurement procedure. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal by or before 10:00 AM PST on the closing date. Bids will be opened at 02:30 PM PST on the same day in the office of the District Council Jhelum.

Submission and eligibility notes: bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions on the e-Procurement portal and accompanied by the required bid security. As per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017, if the lowest bid rate is equal to or less than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder will be required to deposit additional performance security to bring total security to between 5% and 10% (including any CDR deposited at tendering) within 15 days of issuance of notice. Non-responsive, non-readable, unsigned or non-stamped bids will be rejected.
