LESCO Tender Notice EP-57 to EP-62 — HT Steel Structure, Pole Works (Estimated Rs.4.5M Each)

Project Director, Construction Circle, Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed/e-bids for multiple construction packages (EP-57 to EP-62) for loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundations, curing and back filling of HT steel structures and PCC spun poles.

Eligibility and key conditions:

- Firms must be registered/renewed for 2026-27 with PEC holding relevant specialization codes (e.g., EE-04, EE-05 where mentioned) and be on the Active Taxpayer List.

- Firms must be registered on EPADS V2.0 and upload documentary evidence including registration, work orders, completion certificates and valid relevant experience credentials.

- Original bid security of Rs.100,000/- in favour of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO must be submitted in physical form (Bank Draft/Call Deposit Receipt/Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank) while the bid is uploaded on EPADS V2.0. Successful bidder will furnish 10% performance security.

- Bids will be governed by PPRA rules and submitted through EPADS V2.0 as per the e-bidding procedure. Detailed bidding documents, terms and conditions, BOQs and other requirements are available on EPADS V2.0 and LESCO website.

Submission and opening:

- Last date and time for submission/closing: 2026-10-28 at 11:30 AM.

- Date and time for opening: 2026-10-28 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on EPADS V2.0 in the presence of the bid opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
