The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites technical and financial proposals for engagement of a suitably qualified Senior Advisor on Improvement of Air Transport Operations to coordinate and facilitate improvements in the handling of air transport operations and recommend measures for process improvement and institutional strengthening.
