GIK Institute Tender for Supply & Fixation of 6 Bus Tyres (Tender # GIK/PD/TPT-1158/26)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK) invites sealed bids (Single Stage One Envelope Procedure) for the supply and fixation of bus tyres.

Tender number: GIK/PD/TPT-1158/26. Bidders must be tyre manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue.

Tender fee (non-refundable): Rs. 2,000/-. Bid security: 2% of the total bid cost. Detailed specifications and terms can be downloaded from www.giki.edu.pk or collected from GIK Admin Block, Room #F12.

Submission deadline: 15:00 on 2026-10-21. Bids will be opened at 15:30 on the same day in the presence of available bidders. The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
