E-Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — Tehsil Municipal Administration Havelian

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Havelian, District Abbottabad, invites e-bids under the single-stage two-envelope method (Technical & Financial) of KPPRA Rules for fabrication of solid waste machinery. Eligible manufacturers/fabricators/providers with NTN, GST and Sale/Service/Spare-parts capability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may apply through the EPAD e-procurement portal.

Key actions and conditions:

• Download and register on the EPAD e-procurement portal: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk (supplier registration link available on the portal).
• Submit/upload e-bids through EPAD on or before 2025-10-29 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM as per KPPRA rules.
• Bid security: 2% of the allocated amount in the shape of Call Deposit in favor of TMA Havelian from scheduled banks. Additional security requirements apply for bids quoted more than 10% below the allocated amount (see below).
• Contractors quoting bids more than 10% but up to 20% below the allocated amount must submit additional security of 8% of the allocated amount along with their bid; bids more than 20% below must submit additional security as specified in the tender conditions.
• All bidders must submit technical and financial proposals as prescribed in the bidding documents. The procuring entity may reject non-responsive bids or declare bids non-responsive where applicable per the tender conditions and KPPRA rules.
• Compliance with relevant statutory requirements, registration, tax documentation (NTN, GST) and provision of pre-qualification/experience details as required in the bidding documents is mandatory.
