E-Tender: Addition/Alteration Works at Punjab Food Authority Building for Narcotics Control Station & CNF Training Academy, Lahore

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, 1st Buildings Division, Lahore. E-tenders are invited for adaptive changes (addition/alteration) to the Punjab Food Authority building to serve as a Narcotics Control Station and Punjab CNF Training Academy, Lahore.

Registration & submission: All interested contractors must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://e.punjab.gov.pk) and submit technical and financial proposals online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement will be carried out through the PPRA-developed e-Procurement system. Prospective bidders must submit earnest money (5% of estimated cost) via 1-Link / Online Bank Transfer from any scheduled bank through PRISM generated on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key dates and tender process: Last date for submission of Technical & Financial bids on the website is 2026-10-14 till 11:00 AM. Opening of Technical Bids on the website: 2026-10-14 at 11:30 AM. Opening of Financial Bids will be on the 5th day after publication of the Technical Bids. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals as per PPRA rules.
