CDA Addendum: E-Bid Invitation for Horticulture Rehabilitation Works in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Directorate, issues an addendum to its Invitation to e-Bid for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on Srinagar Highway (Convention Center to N-5), Islamabad Highway (Faisal Masjid to T-Chowk), Jinnah Avenue (D-Chowk to F-11 Markaz) and Murree Road (Faizabad to Serena Chowk) in Islamabad. Prospective bidders must submit bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Submission deadlines are indicated as July 10, 2026 at 11:30 hrs and July 14, 2026 at 11:30 hrs; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:00 hrs in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives at the Office of the Director General (Environment), Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, 06-07-2026 at 11:00 hours at the Office of the Director General (Environment), CDA, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. All other terms, NIT cost, bid security and the bid submission/opening schedule given in the original bidding documents remain unchanged.
