LESCO Tender Notice EP-57 to EP-62 for Civil Works and HT/LT Pole Erection — Closing 2026-10-28

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). Invitation to bid for multiple civil and erection works packages (EP-57 to EP-62) including loading/unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, concrete foundation, curing and back-filling of HT steel structures and PCC spun poles.

Estimated cost: Rs. 4.5 million (each tender). Eligible contractors must be duly registered, renewed for 2026-27 and hold relevant PEC specialization codes (EE-04, EE-05 as applicable). Firms must be registered with FBR/PRA and be active taxpayers. Bidders shall upload required documents and procurement evidence on EPADS V2.0 and must be registered on the e-procurement portal.

Bid security (original) amounting to Rs. 100,000/- in favor of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO must be submitted in original (CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan) to the office of the Project Director Construction Circle LESCO, 132 KV Grid Station F-Block LDA Avenue, Lahore, before the bid submission deadline. 10% performance security will be required from the successful bidder.

Submission & opening: Bids to be submitted online via EPADS V2.0. Closing date and time: 2026-10-28 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-28 at 12:00 PM.
