Municipal Committee Ahmad Pur Sial Invites E-Bids for Tuff Tile Paver & Manhole Raising — Closing 2026-10-28

Municipal Committee Ahmad Pur Sial invites sealed electronic bids through the Punjab e-PADS E-Tendering System (Single Stage Single Envelope as per PPRA Rules 2014) for development schemes. Eligible contractors/firms registered with PPRA/E-PADS may participate.

Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Punjab in favour of Municipal Committee Ahmad Pur Sial. Registration and document download are available free of cost on the Punjab e-procurement portal.

Submission and opening schedule: submit e-BIDS via e-PADS (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) by or before 11:00 AM PST on 2026-10-28. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM PST on 2026-10-28 through e-PADS in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

If the lowest bid is more than 5% below the detailed estimate, the lowest bidder must deposit the difference between the bid and the estimated cost as security in the shape of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank within 15 days of tender opening; scanned copy must be uploaded on e-PADS and the original CDR submitted to the Municipal Committee before the closing date/time, otherwise the bid will be cancelled and treated as non-responsive. Use of fake CDRs or deposit slips will lead to disqualification and further action, including reporting to PEC and PPRA.
