Punjab Emergency Services Department Tender for 128 Smart Mobile Communication Systems

Government of the Punjab, Emergency Services Department invites e-Bids from manufacturers/authorized distributors registered with the Tax Departments of Pakistan for the procurement of Smart Mobile Communication Systems.

Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must be registered with the Tax Departments of Pakistan and with the Punjab e-Procurement System and shall submit their bids using the PDF upload method on the e-procurement portal.

Complete bids, along with required documents, must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 2026-10-29 up to 11:00 AM; bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instrument (including Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee) will be accepted.

Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
