FGPC-PGMI Islamabad Re-Tender for Electro‑Medical Equipment (Oct 2026)

Issuer: Federal Government Polyclinic (FGPC‑PGMI), Islamabad. Procurement under PSDP project “Strengthening and Up‑Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments” for financial years 2025‑26 & 2026‑27.

FGPC‑PGMI invites e‑bids for supply of electro‑medical equipment for the following departments. Single Stage‑Two Envelope procedure will be used with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids must include Bid Security submitted in Bid Security Section of the Bidding Document in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). E‑bidding, terms & conditions, specifications and requirements are available on ePADS v2.0.

Key actions and dates:

- E‑bids to be submitted via ePADS v2.0; manual submission will not be entertained.

- Bidders must register on ePADS v2.0 and upload required documents; original documents to be submitted on scheduled date and time to FGPC.

- Pre‑bid meeting: 2026-10-14 at 09:30 AM in the auditorium of FGPC (PGMI), Islamabad for clarification/observations (only uploaded clarifications on ePADS v2.0 will be considered).
