How to apply / key conditions:
- Bidding through EPADS v2.0 e-tendering platform only; bidding documents available on PPRA, EPADS portals. No hard copies will be issued.
- Only firms/contractors registered as vendors on PPRA EPADS v2.0 and holding a valid PEC license and FBR registration are eligible.
- Bid security (earnest money) as specified above to be issued from any local scheduled bank in favour of Deputy Director (E&M), PMOH, CDA. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS and the original call deposit receipt (CDR) must be submitted to Deputy Director (E&M), PMOH, CDA at least one day before tender opening.
- A certificate on judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- stating the firm is not involved in any litigation must be uploaded (original to be submitted at bid opening).
- If total bid amount is more than 10% below NIT amount, the bidder must submit additional performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT. This performance security is in addition to earnest money and must be deposited at submission; bids without required performance security will be rejected (applies to all listed lots).
- Tender opening: 2026-10-26 at 12:00 Noon in the office of Director, Maintenance of Public Buildings, CDA (Prime Minister's Office (Public) Building). Bidders or their representatives may attend.
- The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Advertisement also available on CDA website (www.cda.gov.pk), PPRA website and EPADS portal.
