FESCO Faisalabad Invites E-Bids for Tower Foundations & Control House Building (Tenders No.44 & 45)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), Project Director (GSC) Faisalabad, invites E-Bids V2.0 via e-PADS under single-stage, single-envelope National Competitive Bidding in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 (amended). Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the 2026-27 year with the required specialization codes and meet the eligibility conditions listed below. Bids must include the original bid security and be submitted by the stated date and time.

Eligibility highlights: PEC registration renewed for 2026-27 with the required specialization code; CNIC of contractor/partner/director; completion of at least two similar contracts within the last ten years with combined value not less than 40% of the estimated BOQ; active taxpayer status (ATL) with income tax returns for last three years; registration for Punjab sales tax if applicable; average annual turnover requirement as listed; demonstration of cash or cash equivalents equal to 10% of contract value by bank statements.

Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to 5% of the BOQ amount, issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Project Director (GSC) FESCO Faisalabad and submitted in original. Bids will be opened at the office of the Project Director (GSC), FESCO Faisalabad. Bids shall remain valid for 28 days. FESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
