Nazir Cotton Mills Limited has called its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders to consider and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026, directors' and auditors' reports, reappointment of auditors, and certain special businesses including ratification and approval of related-party transactions and related resolutions.
