Shareholders wishing to attend through video conference should provide their registered email, folio number, National Identity Card (CNIC) number (or passport where applicable), CDC account details (for CDC account holders: Participant I.D., Account No. and CDC shareholder ID) and mobile number as required for verification and registration.
Original CNIC or passport must be produced by individuals and representatives at the time of the meeting for identification. A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy in accordance with company procedures; proxy forms and required documents should be submitted to the registered office at A/33, Central Commercial Area, Block 7/8, KCHSU, Karachi as directed.
