Sitara Energy Limited — Notice of Annual General Meeting on 28 October 2026

Issuer: Sitara Energy Limited. Notice is given for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, 28 October 2026 at 3:00 pm at the Business Centre, 6th Floor, Mumtaz Hasan Road, Karachi, with participation also available via video link.

Ordinary business to be transacted:

Closure of share transfer books: The Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 22 October 2026 to 28 October 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers received in order at the office of the Share Registrar, M/s. THK Associates (Pvt.) Limited, Plot No. 32-C, Jami Commercial Street 2, D.H.A Phase VII, Karachi, before the close of business on 21 October 2026 will be treated in time for the purpose of attendance at the AGM.

Participation and proxies: Members entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy. Members wishing to attend the AGM via video link should register by sending an email with a scanned copy of their CNIC to [email protected] at least 48 hours before the meeting. CDC account holders and corporate representatives must follow the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan guidelines; individuals should present their original CNIC or passport when attending in person. A proxy form is attached to the notice and may be downloaded from the Company's website: www.sitara.pk.

Submission of CNICs: Individual shareholders are requested to submit copies of their valid CNICs to the Share Registrar if not already provided. The audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 have been placed on the Company’s website.
