Tender: Repair & Maintenance of SDPO House Moro and Police Station Moro — Naushahro Feroze

Office of the Superintendent of Police Naushahro Feroze invites sealed tenders from interested bidders/contractors/companies registered with Income Tax and SRB for repair and maintenance works under EPADS under SPPRA Rules 2010 for the Financial Year 2026-27. Submission is by e-submission through EPADS; tender opening will be held in the presence of bidders.

Key dates and submission: Last date & time for receipt of applications: 2026-10-29 up to 12:00 PM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.

Eligibility & requirements: Bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board, Income Tax and NTN, and registered on the official EPADS/Sindh Police websites. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished in the form of a call deposit in the name of Superintendent of Police, Naushahro Feroze, deposited in a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Contractors should have completed at least three similar projects in the last three years. Bank statements/audited reports for the last three years showing annual financial turnover amounting to Rs.2.0 million per year should be provided. CV/bio-data of engineer and technical staff must accompany the bid. Incomplete bids or those not accompanied by the call deposit will not be considered.
