Tender Notice: Repair & Maintenance of SDPO House Moro and Police Station Moro, Naushahro Feroze

Office of the Superintendent of Police, Naushahro Feroze invites sealed tenders from interested bidders/contractors/companies registered with Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board for maintenance and repair works under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended).

Submission and schedule: Last date & time for receipt of applications is 2026-10-29 up to 12:00 PM (E-Submission through EPADS). Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend the procurement committee meeting.

Key terms & eligibility: Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a call deposit in favour of the Superintendent of Police, Naushahro Feroze. Contractors must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board, Income Tax and NTN, and should be registered with PEC for the year 2026-2027 where applicable. Firms should have completed at least three similar projects in the last three years and submit bank statements/annual turnover evidence (minimum Rs. 2 million per year). Bio-data of the engineer and technical staff must be provided. Incomplete/conditional bids or bids not accompanied by the call deposit will not be considered.
