"Resolved that Shahzad Textile Mills Limited be and is hereby authorized to carry out transactions with its Related Parties as and when required in the ordinary course of business at arm's length basis during the year ending June 30, 2026, and till the next Annual General Meeting, without any limitation on the amounts of the transactions." Transactions described include: I. Purchase: Twine Jute 20/3 II. Sales: Hard Waste PC III. Sale of Investment Property IV. STML Provident Fund Contribution V. Rent-free office Further resolved that the Chief Executive/Company Secretary are authorized to undertake the transactions and execute necessary documents to implement the resolution(s). |
Shareholders must complete the postal ballot form including name, registered address, number of shares and folio number, and CNIC number; attach a copy of CNIC; sign the ballot (signature must match CNIC). Postal ballots received after 2026-10-27 or unsigned, incomplete, forged, torn, mutilated or overwritten ballots will be rejected. A copy of the CNIC should be enclosed with the postal ballot. The company has made the ballot paper available on its website for download.
