Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) invites electronic bids for a framework contract for provision of human resource and operations & maintenance of 561 water filtration plants in D.G. Khan Division for 04 months (extendable for a further 04 months).
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and hold a valid PEC license in category C-4 or above with relevant code ME-06, and be registered with FBR and PRA (NTN and PNTN). Bidding documents and bid submission are online only via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal.
