Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd (PPCBL) invites applications for the position of Head – Project Management & Transformation. The role is based at the Bank's Head Office in Lahore and requires leadership of critical projects and transformation initiatives across the Bank.

Minimum Qualification	14 years of education from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution
Experience	Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience including at least 4 years of relevant or banking experience
Key Responsibilities	Lead centralized oversight of critical projects and transformation initiatives; ensure structured execution and delivery discipline Establish and enforce standardized project management frameworks, methodologies and controls Drive end-to-end tracking of timelines, budgets, risks and outcomes across the portfolio Prioritize and allocate resources across competing projects; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Develop dashboards and reports for senior management; provide visibility on project health, risks and mitigation plans Drive accountability and performance culture across project teams; build and mentor high-performing delivery/transformation teams Engage stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment and execution support Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks Identify and develop new project ideas and transformation initiatives
Location	Head Office, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, 5-Bank Square, Lahore
Age & Employment	Regular employment up to age 60; beyond 60 employment may be offered on contractual basis
