NETS International Communication Ltd — Postal Ballot & Proxy Notice for 4th AGM (28 Oct 2026)

Issuer: NETS International Communication Limited. Notice of the 4th Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 October 2026 at 10:00 AM at Tree Luxury Hotel & Suites, 32-C, Block 3, Gulberg III, Lahore, with participation also via video conferencing.

Shareholders may vote by postal ballot or appoint a proxy. Duly completed postal ballot forms, with required enclosures, must be received by the Chairman by 5:00 PM on 27 October 2026. Ballot forms may be sent to the Company’s registered office or emailed to [email protected] with subject line “Postal Ballot”. Ballot forms are available for download at https://www.nets-international.com.

Required documents and instructions: attach a copy of CNIC or passport (for foreigners); corporate shareholders must enclose certified true copy of board resolution/power of attorney with specimen signature and CNIC/NICOP/Passport copy of the authorized signatory. Ballot papers with mismatched signature/CNIC or incomplete/unsigned/defaced/overwritten forms will be rejected. In case of proxies, a proxy form is provided and must comply with the requirements listed.

The Board has appointed M/s Abdul Khalid & Co. (Chartered Accountants), a QCR-rated audit firm, as scrutinizer to independently scrutinize the voting process.
