PBM Regional Office Multan Tender for Winter & Summer Clothing and Miscellaneous Items — e-Bids by 2026-10-27

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), Regional Office South Punjab Multan, invites electronic bids from original manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors/service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for procurement of outfits for winter and summer seasons and miscellaneous items for resident children/boys of PBM homes in five districts: Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Kot Addu, Layyah and Multan (South Punjab Region).

Electronic bids must be submitted through the e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System by the deadline below. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of CDR/Pay Order in favor of Director, PBM Regional Office, South Punjab Multan is required as specified per lot. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Regional Office.

- Technical bid opening: 2026-10-27 at 11:00 AM at PBM Regional Office, South Punjab Multan. If the date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
- Submission method: e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (electronic). Manual bids are not acceptable.

Other conditions: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Goods must be supplied at approved rates and designated locations after inspection. PBM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
