The Gujrat Waste Management Company (GWMC) invites electronic bids for the procurement of furniture & fixtures, IT equipment and machinery & equipment. Eligible manufacturers, distributors, authorized dealers and firms registered with the relevant tax and registration authorities may submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement/Disposal System in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Procurement is arranged in separate lots covering furniture & fixtures, IT equipment and machinery & equipment. Itemized specifications, quantities and the required bid security for each lot are published in the bidding documents on the e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement system and will be opened online in the presence of bidders' representatives according to the schedule on the portal.

Issuing authority: Chief Executive Officer, Gujrat Waste Management Company, Deputy Commissioner Complex, Gujrat. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments and comply with all registration and documentary requirements stated in the bidding documents.
