E-Procurement: Supply of Electrical, Hardware & Sanitary Items — Shaikha Fatima Institute, Lahore

Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences (Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute), Lahore invites sealed e-bids under PPRA Rule 36(a) (single stage, one envelope) for supply of electrical, hardware and sanitary items for FY 2026-27.

Estimated total cost: PKR 6,514,286. Bid security (earnest money) is 3% of the estimated value of each article/lot or of the total tender and must be furnished as CDR. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Bidding documents, terms and conditions are available on the ePADS portal (www.epads.gov.pk) and may also be downloaded from www.szmc.org.pk. Bids (PDF) must be uploaded to the ePADS portal in the name of Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery, Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore, and the original CDR must be submitted at the time of opening.

Deadline for submission/upload: 2026-10-21. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders may participate in one or more lots; quote item-wise rates and total price for each lot. Awards will be made to the lowest responsive bidder.
