Issuer: Chief Military Engineer Services (CMES) (Army) GHQ, Rawalpindi. Sealed tenders are invited for multiple civil and electromechanical repair, maintenance, renovation and related security works under CMES (A) GHQ Rawalpindi. A total of 17 packages (serials a–q) cover works across various buildings, blocks, auditoriums, battalions, roads, drainage, utilities and security-related installations within GHQ.
Eligibility & application requirements:
- Contractors must submit applications to CMES (A) GHQ Rawalpindi with complete credentials as required for issuance of tender documents.
- Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and meeting special conditions. Only security‑cleared contractors will be issued tenders.
- Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no adverse report (e.g., E-in-C/Br GHQ) is outstanding against them.
- All contractors must certify in writing that they are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
- Contractors on MES approved lists in categories B, C and D with relevant experience should apply; others must submit a statement of previous experience (works executed during last two years and works in hand) on the prescribed proforma.

Submission deadline: 2026-11-16. Tenders must be received in the office of acceptance by 16 Nov 2026 till 1130 hrs; bids will be opened at 1200 hrs on 16 Nov 2026.
