Key conditions: Price must be quoted in PKR; state prices inclusive and exclusive of taxes separately. Supplier must be an active taxpayer. Warranty: standard. Bid validity: 120 days. Samples of each item must be provided with the technical bid. Financial health of the firm must be attached (Ref: Form #4).
Bid security: Rs. 100,000/- in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS 2.0 and the hard copy submitted physically on the closing date to NRTC Haripur.
Submission deadline: Bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 2026-10-23 up to 11:00 hours; bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day. As per PPRA Rule 33, NRTC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
