Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from reputed manufacturers, companies, authorized distributors/dealers and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department for the procurement of rickshaw loaders. National competitive bidding will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website and the EPADS portal. Completed, signed and stamped bids must be submitted online through EPADS. Online opening of technical bids will be conducted the same day via EPADS in the presence of prospective bidders or their authorized representatives. Submission on the EPADS portal is the responsibility of the bidder.
