Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of maintenance and repair services under Tender No. PRC/PROC/SERVICES/2026. Qualified firms may apply for one or more Lots under an Open Framework Arrangement for a period of three (03) years.

Submission method: E-bids must be submitted electronically through the ePADS system (version 2.0) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. The bidding shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rule 30 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2022 and related procurement guidelines.
Key dates and times: E-bids must be submitted no later than 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
