The University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar (Vice Chancellor) has issued a final show-cause notice to Dr. Kamran Shah, Associate Professor, Department of Mechatronics Engineering, for failing to resume duty after periods of Extra-Ordinary Leave. His EOL was recorded w.e.f. 15.01.2024 to 14.01.2025 and subsequently granted for 15.01.2025 to 14.01.2026. He was directed to resume duty by letters dated 22.04.2026 and in Show Cause Notice No.2486/Est-I/PF dated 15.06.2026, but did not comply.
He is finally directed to report for duty at UET Peshawar within 15 days of issuance of this notice; failure to do so will result in disciplinary proceedings under the University statutes and may lead to removal/dismissal from service.
