CDA Invitation to E-Bid: Development of Capital House, Sector F-5, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-bids from contractors or joint-venture firms registered on EPADS for the development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad. Bidding documents will be available on EPADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk) from 2025-07-20. The procurement follows the Two-Stages Two-Envelopes procedure (Rule 36(d)) and e-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023.

Bidders must submit proposals online via EPADS. Bid submission and opening are scheduled for 2026-08-31 (submission 11:00 AM; opening 11:30 AM). Bid security of Rs. 33.00 million (pay order/CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA, issued by a scheduled bank) must be uploaded as a scanned copy and the original produced before opening of technical bids.
