District Council Pakpattan Tender Notice — Development Works (Deadline 2026-10-28)

District Council Pakpattan invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the following development works. Contractors must be duly enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 and meet eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Key submission and eligibility details:

• Submission method: Electronic submission only via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Deadline for submission: 2026-10-28 at 12:30 PM; bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of the District Council Pakpattan.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted only through Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bank Guarantee shall be transmitted through SWIFT MT760 in favour of the Chief Officer, District Council Pakpattan, with the correct tender reference and PSID.
• Performance security: Successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Security equal to 5% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760 in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
• Bids validity: 120 days from the date of opening of bids.
• Contract award: The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsible bidder in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
